Leanne Gerich is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, currently living in Brisbane, Australia.

Originating in Winnipeg, MB, Leanne has always been interested in nutrition and wellness. Her interest in nutrition began early and for one specific reason: performance. Playing a variety of sports filled up her teenage years, resulting in a study of nutrition in her adult life. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2011, completed Strala yoga training in 2014, 200 hour yoga training in 2015 and the TCM Practitioner program at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016.

Although Leanne’s original interests began with sports performance and energy balance, she has grown into an interest for longevity.  Feeling great at any age is her ultimate goal and her highest interests include skin health, proper weight maintenance and sufficient energy levels.  This more specifically includes aging skincare, acne problems, and blood sugar level balancing.  Leanne’s passion for health is displayed in her youthful attitude to life and her love for nourishing whole foods.

Leanne’s holistic approach to nutrition is unique for each individual. Passionate about health and more importantly, balance, she creates realistic solutions for optimal living. She truly believes in the power of food, yet the importance of moderation and variety. Leanne educates her clients on the importance of nourishing whole foods, to balance stress issues, skin problems, weight-loss, digestive issues, and sleep problems, to name a few. Her highest interests of these include skin issues and blood sugar/energy balance problems.  Ultimately, she believes that with proper care, the organs can strengthen and heal, naturally. She values the different views in nutritional science, and believes each individual has a different path to reach optimal health.  Whether you want to improve your skin, jump start healthy living in your family, or eliminate those afternoon energy crashes, Leanne can help guide and educate you properly.
