About This Project

This juice is very refreshing and the ingredients are very therapeutic and cooling!

Generally, I feel too cold rather than too warm.  This was not the case today!  My skin felt inflamed, and my face was a little more red than normal.  I felt the heat.  These ingredients are very cooling in nature, and made a great tonic when blended together!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lemon (include everything but peel)
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of chopped watermelon
  • 1/3 cup of chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 fresh aloe juice (directly from plant)
  • 1 cup water

Since my sweet tooth doesn’t come around until the evening, this was fine.  Consider adding honey or using coconut water (replace the water) to sweeten it up.

*Aloe vera is extremely therapeutic in regards to inflammation of the skin or within the digestive system/body.  Got zits?  Consider consuming Aloe vera to improve digestive strength and clear heat from within!
