About This Project

Adding beets into this traditional dish looks beautiful and adds nourishment!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chickpeas (raw, soaked and then boiled)
  • 1/2 beet, boiled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • splash of apple cider vinegar
  • sea salt to taste

Method

Prepare each ingredient as described, and blend in a high quality blender until mixture becomes a paste. Enjoy with crackers or veggies!
