About This Project

This smoothie recipe is a creamy, delicious way to start your day out.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/4 lemon and its juice (peeled)

Blend all ingredients up on high until smooth. Enjoy!
